Restaurant-Style Classic Burgers and Fries
When it comes to frying up a good burger, we’ve been at it for years and know just how it’s done. Starting with fresh char on a patty, the perfect seasonings, sauces, and a balance of toppings, we serve up some great burger options.
Our veteran-owned restaurant is no stranger to cooking up delicious, grass-fed, 100% beef patties with our own spin on it. These are just a few choices found on our menu.
Cowboy Burger.
Yee-haw. This is a meat lover’s go-to choice for a burger. The cowboy burger is layers of meat, including brisket, bacon, and house bbq, all placed on top of a flavorful, handcrafted beef patty. Cheddar cheese is melted on our toasted Hawaiian bun for some extra flavorful kick.
Bullseye.
This protein-packed burger hits the mark every time as a favorite at JD’s. A fried, over easy egg, is placed right on top of the patty, in between two sweet brioche buns to form a “bullseye.” It’s dressed with JD’s famous in-house wing sauce recipe.
Classic Lumberjack.
The lumberjack is simple and straightforward. But it’s a classic fan-favorite cheeseburger that comes with an all-natural, seasoned beef patty with melted American cheese.
Old Battle Axe.
You’ll need two hands to wield it, and one mouth to eat it. This delicious burger has two all-beef patties, crispy bacon and two slices of American cheese served with toppings on a brioche bun. It’s a filling choice.
Timberbeast.
It’s a burger that is jam-packed with flavor. Fried onions and jalapeños are topped with our signature craft beer cheese sauce on a thick, 100% beef patty. It’s a beast of a burger.
Specialty Wings & Hot Wing Sauces
Our wings are made with a special blend of seasoning and breading that is evenly coated in order to let the sauce stay on the wing.
They are then deep-fried in hot peanut oil, and served with a choice of our homemade wing sauce.
It’s JD’s unique recipe that he’s been using for years — and it’s still a winning combination of ingredients.
We take the time to craft our homemade sauces to perfection, using natural ingredients that blend together the right ratio of flavors.
Our special wing sauce is used across the board, even on some of our burgers and fries.
